At yoga4all we understand how you may be reluctant to join
classes that are ongoing because you may feel you don't know enough or are not flexible enough. But, we also know how incredibly
awesome the practice of yoga is ... that it can change your life. Your first step is to attend a class to see if you like
it, so we offer classes with you in mind.
If you have never done yoga or have never been to our studio before, we want to give you a time
and space where you can feel totally comfortable beginning this journey so we offer a free class, Introduction to Yoga, designed
to give you a brief glimpse into what a class feels like. We offer this class usually the last Saturday of every month from
10:00am to 11:30am, so check the schedule to be sure. You'll get to meet some of our great teachers and experience a class
in a real yoga studio. No experience required. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel. If you have purchased a
mat, feel free to bring that with you, but we do have yoga mats you are welcome to use until you get your own.
After you attend the Intro class, the next step is to find one or more of our classes that
fit into your schedule and your level of yoga-ability. You may pay by the class which is $12 or purchase class passes: 10
passes at $10 each (a 15% discount) or 20 passes at $8 each (a 33% discount). Check
the current month’s calendar to see the classes designated beginner’s level and find the right classes just for
you. All teachers accept the class passes as payment for that class.
