basics of how to sit, stand and breathe, please join us for this free class. The class is taught by different studio

TriYoga Flows with Lynne Andrews. Our practice will emphasize
harmonizing the movement of the body to the flow of the breath. This inward focus creates relaxation and a deeper meditative

the Hips and Spine Level 2 - Intermediate Level - This
dynamic session will include postures to enhance the flow of energy up the spine. Also, we will practice asanas which release
tension and increase fluidity of movement through the hips and legs.
