Summer Solstice Gong Celebration

Since ancient times people have celebrated each solstice and it is believed that the celestial conditions heightens ones abilities to meditate and heal. The Summer Solstice is the day of the year with the longest period of daylight and the shortest length of night. This is a wonderful time to meditate and project. The sounds and vibrations of the gong help us experience a profound meditative state. Experiencing the gong during an equinox can be a transformative experience. The class will begin with gentle stretching and breath work followed by the gong which will be played for 50 minutes.

Yogi Tea and Snacks will be served .

MUST preregister and prepay to guarantee your space. Walk-in permitted on a first come basis.

TriYoga Flows with Guided Breathing Practice

This dynamic session will include flows to enhance the movement of energy through lower and upper body. Forward and back bending flows strengthen the back while enhancing movement of energy up the spine. Sustained backbends open the heart center. Pranayama (breathing practice) deepens the inward focus of mind. Join us, in the flow.

TriYoga Gentle Flow

By moving slowly, to the flow of the breath, tension is released. A variety of postures will be included. Our closing series at the wall will encourage an inward focus of mind, in preparation for deep relaxation.

This session will begin at the wall with postures to increase flexibility in shoulders and legs while toning arms and back. Through gradual movement, flowing from one posture to the next, we gain fluidity and relaxation in body and mind. Sustained postures allow tension to release on deeper levels.

Releasing the Low Back with Classic Yoga Poses

Yoga is a living science, one that has evolved over thousands of years. The beauty of this ancient tradition is that it changes every time you come to your mat. The focus in this workshop will be to balance strength and flexibility in the low back and hips. We will work with techniques to alleviate low back compression and tightness in the hips.

Intro to Past Life Exploration

Let stillness blossom within you using the ancient technique of pranayama (breath work). Learn to explore pranayama with meditation to quiet the mind, reduce stress and deepen your yoga practice in this relaxing, guided workshop. Ride the waves of flowing breath to open the body and improve overall wellness.

You may sit on your mat, lay on bolsters or blankets, sit in a chair on on your favorite meditation cushion!

Various meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced.
**No experience required! Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced breth and meditation practitioners.
