We offer the following types of yoga classes at our studio: Hatha, Alignment-Based, Kundalini, Restorative, Meditation, Shanti Vinyasa and TriYoga. We have classes that combine different styles, as well as levels, so that you can find what best suits you. Each class encourages you to do your individual best and no more. “A good yogi knows to listen to their body and accept where it is today.”
Our monthly Gong meditations, based in the Kundalini tradition, are generally offered around the new or full moons and combine yoga and sound for a complete healing experience.
We often introduce new classes to meet our yogis’ wishes, so please let us know if there are other types of classes you’d like to experience!
