There is no pre-registration required for regular classes at Yoga4All. Your class passes give you access to all of our classes. We do ask you to please arrive on time with no perfumes or heavy scents. Students more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed into class out of courtesy for the other students. Join us Wednesday November 26th at 10:00 am for a special class! It’s that time of year… Cooking and eating and cooking and eating. Join Karen as she guides you through a multi-level asana practice including a gentle sequence of twists and forward folds to stimulate healthy digestion and elimination. These will be followed by restorative poses that will calm and rebalance the nervous system. Take home a “Ten Foods That Cleanse the Liver” handout to assist in daily detox.
