We ask that you pre-register for all workshops at Yoga4All. Often the teacher will have handouts or limited space, so a count of participants helps us make your experience better. We do ask you to please arrive early with no perfumes or heavy scents. Students more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed into the workshops out of courtesy for the other students and no refund will be issued. Click on the class or teacher name below for more detailed information. To see the current class schedule at Yoga4All you may click here!
Please prepay a minimum of 5 business days in advance (more would be awesome!) so we can get an attendance count especially when handouts or food preparation is included.

|August 2||Yoga – A Therapeutic Series for Tight Hips||2:00 - 3:30 p.m.|
|Did you know the hips stabilize us in our daily lives and can also store strong emotions? When the hips lock up they prevent you from walking properly or even attending your weekly salsa class. Join Heather Overton, eRYT200 for a therapeutic series that will open your hips, find the spring in your step and have you doing the Cha Cha! Find freedom in your body with this incredible workshop and take home a copy of the series to add to your home practice.|
|August 8||Free the Hips||6:00 - 9:00 p.m.|
|The lower body often holds tension that may be liberated by increasing the energy flow through hips and legs. Our practice will begin with reclined stretches to improve flexibility and range of motion. Flowing postures will prepare the body for sustained stretches. Closing stretches at the wall helps focus the mind within, preparing us for deep relaxation.|
|August 10||Hips & Spine At the Wall||1:30 - 5:30 p.m.|
|Hips & Spine At the Wall, TriYoga® Basics with Lynne Andrews, Senior TriYoga® teacher trainer. Spinal flows and sustained hip stretches are included in this workshop. The postures practiced at the wall support lengthening of spine and relaxing deeply into hip stretches.|
|August 12||Full Moon/New Moon Gong Meditation||7:00 - 8:30 pm|
|This is a monthly event with Lisa Recchione, E-RYT and may be scheduled close to either the new moon or the full moon. The Gong has all the sounds and vibrations of creations within it. It cancels out thoughts and allows you to completely relax very deeply and quickly. The mind is overcome and relaxed by the gong so that a very deep state of meditation can be reached. In this state deep healing occurs and awareness is heightened. It is suitable for all levels of practitioners with no experience necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothes.|
