Yoga Workshops & Events

We ask that you pre-register for all workshops at Yoga4All.  Often the teacher will have handouts or limited space, so a count of participants helps us make your experience better.  We do ask you to please arrive early with no perfumes or heavy scents.

Payments for workshops are due no later than 24 hours in advance of  any event and will not be refunded with 24 hours or less notice prior to the event. Walk-ins may be allowed for many workshops so feel free to contact the instructor directly. Your account will be credited with notice to us of up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class, workshop or professional appointment. This credit may be used for any service or product through Serene Body Care/ Yoga 4 All. Late entry to workshops is by teacher discretion. Your place may be given away if there are students on a wait-list and physically present for the  workshop at the start time of that event. Please contact teachers for  their individual policy. If you know you are going to be late, you must notifiy us at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop for us to hold your place. If you do not arrive in the agreed upon time, you will still be charged for the workshop. Should an event be cancelled on our part, a full refund will be issued. Learn the basics of yoga breathing and positions in this intro class. Taught by a different instructor each month.
October 4Easy Yoga and Stretch to Boost Immunity2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
As we usher in the fall season and the changing of the leaves we also approach the cold and flu season. Join Heather for a relaxing immune boosting workshop to combat this dreaded part of the year. This two hour workshop will include gentle stretching, restorative yoga, deep meditation and aromatherapy to prepare your body for the months ahead. Receive a copy of the sequence to continue your practice at home regularly and avoid the sniffles.
October 7Full Moon/New Moon Gong Meditation7:00 - 8:30 pm
This is a monthly event with Lisa Recchione, E-RYT and may be scheduled close to either the new moon or the full moon. The Gong has all the sounds and vibrations of creations within it. It cancels out thoughts and allows you to completely relax very deeply and quickly. The mind is overcome and relaxed by the gong so that a very deep state of meditation can be reached. In this state deep healing occurs and awareness is heightened. It is suitable for all levels of practitioners with no experience necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothes.
