Marty Maddox, LMT, NCTMB, eRYT500, is the owner
and founder of yoga4all located in Seminole, Florida since 1999. She is a member of the Suncoast Yoga Teachers Association, a
Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (eRYT) at the 500-hour level and a Licensed Massage Therapist currently
holding Florida, national and specialty certifications. Working in alternative health care since 1976, Marty was naturally
drawn to yoga which she has practiced for 23 years and been teaching for almost 20 years. She received her education
first through a local apprenticeship and then additional training and certification through the PranaVinyasa School of Yoga.
Over the years, she has studied a variety of yoga styles with many teachers and her extensive background in human anatomy
gives her yoga classes a focus on alignment, structural integrity and safety. She believes that Yoga and

Wanda Howe, eRYT500 Yoga Alliance certified, has
studied yoga since 1983, primarily in the Iyengar tradition. She has taught for 20 years, is an eRYT certified instructor
through The Yoga Alliance, serves on the Board of Directors of Suncoast Yoga Teachers Association, is a staff instructor with
Pranavinyasa Yoga Teachers Training Program and President of The Yoga Workshop, Inc. Wanda has the ability to distill
the training she has received from many yoga teachers and masters into a simple practice that focuses on building a stronger
foundation in the yoga practice in order to work towards more challenging yoga, inversions, arm balances and back bends.

Sandi Teresi, RYT is an eRYT certified instructor through The Yoga Alliance and TriYoga® certified (Basics and Level I) teacher with a strong background in Iyengar yoga. She
is a member and past Secretary of Suncoast Yoga Teachers Association. Sandi emphasizes
breath, meditation and the flow of energy and has special training in spinal alignment for scoliosis. She
has studied with Masters such as Kali Ray, Rodney Yee, Ramanand Patel, Kofi Bosia, Lilias Folan, Dr. Richard Miller, Sandra
Anderson, and Lynne Andrews--just to mention a few. Sandi provides yoga, breath and
meditation classes on a volunteer basis for Post Traumatic Stress Patients. She is available for private

Judy Kovatch, eRYT has an E-RYT (Experienced
registered yoga teacher) designation from the Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing and teaching yoga, meditation
and guided imagery over 30 years. She’s had in depth training in numerous styles of Hatha yoga.
Her integrated traditional teaching method combines elements of Kripalu yoga (the gentle yoga of compassion), Iyengar
yoga (focus on proper alignment) and Viniyoga (an approach to Yoga that adapts yoga practice to the unique needs of the individual).
Educated at the Kripalu Yoga Center, located in Lenox Massachusetts, Judy is a certified in Integrative Yoga Therapy
(IYT). She has studied with Joseph Le Page, Gary Kraftsow, Dr. Jeffery Migdow, Stephen Cope and Judith Lasater. Judy’s
classes are tranquil, comfortable and fun. Judy draws from a tradition of yoga that is non-dogmatic and open to all levels

Susan Simmons, RYT500 is a Yoga Alliance registered
yoga teacher. She received her teacher training through The PranaVinyasa School of Yoga and has been teaching for nearly 8
years. Susan integrates proper stretching with breath and alignment in her many styles of practice –
allowing the student to find their own path and move from a place of compassion with themselves. She currently
teaches our gentle stretching classes, as well as several easy-to-moderate levels, and also offers classes and workshops in
a full restorative yoga. While Susan has her roots in Iyengar style yoga, she has studied several different

Amanda
James, RYT a teacher from the PranaVinyasa School of Yoga, brings her educational background to the studio and combines

Sugandha Purohit, MD, RYT was born
& brought up in India and then trained in England in OB/GYN. She had a successful practice for 27 years in Toledo Ohio
as Board certified OB/GYN where she also practiced yoga for several years. After retiring from active medical practice, her
love for Yoga motivated her to go through yoga teacher training course to gain more knowledge. As a certified yoga teacher
registered with the Yoga Alliance® and with her medical and OB/GYN background, she started teaching prenatal yoga. She
enhances the classes she teaches because she knows Sanskrit language. Sugandha is also a student of Indian music which helps

Lisa Recchione, eRYT, is a Yoga
Alliance experienced and registered yoga teacher. She received her Hatha teacher training through the Prana Vinyasa School
of Yoga. She completed teacher training and is certified in Kundalini Yoga through The Kundalini Research Institute.
She is registered with 3HO. She has studied many styles of yoga and meditation including Hatha, Ashtanga,
Power, Vinyasa, Ananda, Kundalini, and yoga for special populations. Lisa has also done extensive study on yoga and
meditation and the effects on the brain and the nervous system. She offers workshops called "Yoga for the Brain"
which have focused on different topics including: memory, depression, insomnia, manifestation, and the mind body connection.
Lisa teaches two flow style classes (one heated) and draws from different styles of vinyasa to provide a safe and complete
practice. All of Lisa's classes include breath, asana and meditation. Lisa teaches a Kundalini class and offers
Gong meditation. Lisa also teaches "Caring Yoga Therapy" , a class for people who are not able to participate

Pat Jimenez eRYT, ACE, AFAA

Pat Jimenez, owner of Mind Body Fusion, LLC, is an eRYT (Registered Yoga Instructor from the Yoga
Alliance), ACE, ACSM,and AFAA nationally certified fitness instructor that has been teaching yoga and fitness part-time since
the early 80’s. Jimenez was a continuing education provider and National presenter for ACE conventions (American

Nancy MacDonald, RYT is a Yoga Alliance registered
yoga teacher. She received her teacher training through the PranaVinyasa School of Yoga, and is continuing her advanced 500-hour
level certification studies at the Lotus Pond (a Kripalu affiliated school). She continues to study with Karin Stephan, Lynne
Andrews, Tias Little, Larissa Carlson, Wanda Howe, Sandi Teresi, and Judy Kovatch to name a few. Nancy finds her blending
of Iyengar, TriYoga, Kripalu, Yoga Therapy, Tantra, Ashtanga and Pilates creates a class that is always exciting. Nancy has

Heather Brandt, RYT, AFAA. My practice of Yoga began over 15 years ago just as a form of exercise. As years
past my studies deepened and my desire to share my love for Yoga grew as did my passion for fitness. I became an AFAA
certified personal trainer then took my Yoga studies further and became a 200 hour Kripalu trained Yoga teacher registered

Angelique Renaud Hula Hooping &
Zumba

Angelique Renaud is not Latin but Vietnamese-Italian-American.
Born in Vietnam, she grew up in Largo. She trained in Ballet and Jazz as a teen and went on to perform
in shows and television for Telemundo in Miami. Certified in Zumba Gold, Zumba Basic, and Zumba Advanced, she has a
strong passion for dancing and that's why she loves teaching Zumba! Angelique's classes are
composed of all kinds of music such at latin, old school, arabic, hawaiian, techno, hip hop, etc, putting alot of emphasis
on the torso, really working your hips and waist. She also teaches a slower paced lower impact class called Zumba Gold with
music by Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Bobby Darin, etc for those wanting to sway to the music but keep your hips in joint too!!!!

Denise O’Dunn, RYT500, president and founder of Balance & Bliss™ Inc., is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, who began studying Yoga in 1970 and received
certification as a Yoga Instructor in 1985. She is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Denise has served
as president of the Suncoast Yoga Teachers Association, Inc. and remains active on its board of directors. Denise received
her degree in Ayurveda at the Sarasota Campus of the Florida Vedic College in 2005 and is a professional member of the National
Ayurvedic Medical Association. She blends the ancient traditions of Ayurveda and Hatha Yoga into an individual practice of
