Want to refine your yoga practice… or just relax? Wanda Howe, eRYT500 will take you through a series of poses designed to help you gain strength and at the same learn how to better align your body to enjoy the pose. If you want to relax and rejuvenate, Nancy MacDonald, eRYT500 will guide you through a restorative yin yoga practice complemented with a luscious relaxation at the end of class. There may even be some gentle aromatherapy to deepen your relaxation.
These classes will be offered from 10:00 – 11:30 am on July 4th.
Each class is $15 walk-in
