Yoga4All wants you to know that we are paying close attention to the virus situation as it evolves. Our yoga and wellness community’s health and safety is of the utmost importance to us so we will continue to do all we can to safeguard the Y4A studio. You can help us keep our studio clean and sanitized by using the wipes and alcohol-based hand sanitizers available throughout the studio.

It is through yoga practice we boost our immune system and through meditation we resist the mental stress that leads us into fear. Our Sangha, our community, enables us to come together as a collective and be stronger in this presence.

To keep your practice community available, we have scheduled classes and workshops online through Zoom as shown on our website. You might have available a strap (or belt or tie), a couple of blankets and maybe a couple of blocks (or books or something similar). You’ll also find a limited selection of mats and props for purchase, so you can invest in your own yoga practice, at home and in the studio (while we are allowed to travel about).

Additionally, we at Yoga4All are following best practices as handed down from the CDC (www.cdc.gov) and the World Health Organization (www.who.int), including but not limited to:

– Washing your hands for 20 seconds and using alcohol-based sanitizer
– Covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, using flexed elbow or tissue and discarding the used tissue immediately in the trash
– Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

We invite you to join us in class for a yoga practice designed to promote lymph drainage and circulation of blood and lymph through the lungs. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. We want to keep Yoga4All an oasis for self-care and health.

Be well.
