As we draw towards the holidays and years’ end, the season brings with it many distractions and added pull on our energy. In this yoga workshop we will focus on breath and ease in the postures to alleviate tension. Join us and lighten up your body & mind in this gentle evening yoga practice which will include guided relaxation & meditation. All levels of students are welcome to this gentle evening practice.
