Learn to explore pranayama with meditation to quiet the mind, reduce stress and deepen your yoga practice in this relaxing, guided workshop. Ride the waves of flowing breath to open the body and improve overall wellness.
You may sit on your mat, lay on bolsters or blankets, sit in a chair on on your favorite meditation cushion!
Various meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced.
**No experience required! Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced breth and meditation practitioners.
