Let stillness blossom within you using the ancient technique of pranayama (breath work). Learn to explore pranayama with meditation to quiet the mind, reduce stress and deepen your yoga practice in this relaxing, guided workshop. Ride the waves of flowing breath to open the body and improve overall wellness.

You may sit on your mat, lay on bolsters or blankets, sit in a chair on on your favorite meditation cushion!

Various meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced.
**No experience required! Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced breth and meditation practitioners.

Continuous OMMMMMM

Join us to welcome in 2013 with the sound of peace and harmony through the practice of a continuous OM from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. You may come and stay the whole time or just drop by and OM with us for 5 or 10 minutes. We will finish at 8:00 pm leaving you plenty of time to attend any other festivities you may have that evening. There is NO FEE for this event and we invite anyone to join us. We will also be open New Year’s Day at 10 am for yoga.
