Have you found your practice taking a back seat due to demands or simple circumstances of your life? Come join us and breathe newness into your practice. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate student, you can always find room to grow in this ancient system. The practice of yoga enables us to reset our body/mind timer and help bring us more joy in the New Year.
Has stress or simple change in your circumstances pulled you away from your mat? Take the first step by returning home to your practice & explore not only structure/alignment in the yoga asana, but how to use the sensation of the breath to awaken the deeper energy body as well. All levels are welcome.

Our practice begins with a salutation to improve circulation and allow us to unify the movement of body with the flow of the breath. Forward and back bending postures are linked with wave-like movements through the spine, improving flexibility and strength. Sustained forward bends deepen our inward focus, preparing us for deep relaxation.

Nancy Nancy MacDonald E-RYT500 This workshop focuses on hips and low back. The hips are where we store emotional baggage and they sometimes feel like a junk drawer stuffed so full they are hard to open. Opening, strengthening and aligning the hips can also bring ease to the low back. Leave with tools to find balance and ease of movement in your lower body. Sciatic sufferers come away with tools for relief and prevention. This workshop not appropriate for hip replacement students.

Sadhana is a spiritual practice found in Kundalini Yoga. It is done in the morning before sunrise when the world is a lot quieter, which makes it easier to meditate. Plus, at this time, the body is already in a natural cleansing state, so the effects of yoga and meditation are a lot stronger. This is your time to gather inner strength and new found guidance. In this day and age of such great change, there is no better form of protection than a strong spiritual practice.
Join Kylie on the first Sunday of every month from 4:45a-7:15a @ Yoga4All & experience for yourself what this practice can do for you and your spirit. A love offering of $10 is greatly appreciated.
