Healing Sound Journey with Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls

Immerse yourself in relaxation with Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls played throughout the practice by Sound Healer Robert Austin. With more than 50 Crystal and Tibetan bowls and other instruments, Robert opens the door to healing, for all levels of consciousness. Allow yourself to soar with spirit through this unique and life affirming experience. Feel the healing vibrations of sounds that are not only soothing to your ears, but also soothing to your soul.

Sunrise Yoga

This class will meet at 6:30 am just prior to sunrise. Please park at yoga4all. We will check in at the studio and then walk across the street to the park to watch the sunrise over Lake Seminole as we do our morning practice. Yoga practice outdoors allows us to feel connected, inspired, and blissful. It is an amazing way to start your day.

Bring your own mat, towel, sunscreen, and water. You may want to bring bug repellant. All levels, beginners welcome.

Yoga Asana: Learn the Poses

Personalize your practice in an extraordinary workshop that focuses on how YOU are doing each pose. Dig deep and learn different ways to actually feel the proper alignment. Join for a very hands-on experience. Learn the intricacy of a few select poses; how they can change your practice and open you to more advanced poses. This workshop will be focusing on balance poses and will be very focused on each individual, so spaces are very limited. You will be provided with before and after pictures along with your individualized attention. Almost like getting a private session at half the cost for twice the time!! Part 2 – take it deeper and ease into more advanced poses for the hamstrings. Find balance in this workshop which focuses on the specific area of tight hamstrings, calves and hips. This therapeutic sequence will help relieve tension in overstressed and overworked muscles. Learn to stretch properly to enhance performance and keep your body healthy.
